Our offered position for caregivers is under the Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) Working Visa Program of Japan, where one of the focus industries to employ foreign workers is the nursing care industry. 

All qualified Filipino Caregivers under SSW VIsa I program are given a chance to work and live in Japan upto five (5) years and may upgrade to permanent residency after passing the kaigofukushishi examination in Japan. 

This is under the SSW Visa II program. This may only given to SSW Visa I holders.

General qualifications for the position of Caregiver in Japan are as follows: 

  1. Male or Female;
  2. At least 18 years old;
  3. Must have a valid Caregiving NCII;
  4. Must be willing to undergo FREE Japanese language training in preparation for the Prometric examination conducted by Japan

Our Sponsorship Program for SSW caregiver applicants is a

Ex-trainees in Japan are also accepted but subject to evaluation of documents presented. General qualifications are as follows: 

  1. Male or Female;
  2. At least 18 years old;
  3. Must have a valid Caregiving NCII; and 
  4. Must present complete certification or proof of passing the Prometric examination and language proficiency test.

Applicants with zero to basic knowledge in Nihongo are accepted, as long as applicants are willing to undergo our FREE Japanese language training under our Sponsorship program

Under our Sponsorship program, all qualified applicants will not pay any amount of the Japanese language training nor processing/placement fees. Meaning, NO TRAINING FEE, PLACEMENT FEE, PROCESSING FEE or any other fees shall be collected to SSW Caregiver applicants.

The FREE Japanese Language and Culture N4 program shall finish in 4 months.
